Shipping Policy
ShopMax team always try to provide you with the best services,
Same day delivery slots closes at 3:00 PM everyday thus same day delivery is provided to order placed before 3 PM
Orders Placed after 3:00 PM will be scheduled for next day delivery.
If you choose a specific delivery day in the check your order will be delivered on your selected day.
In cases of festival day(s), national holidays or non-working day(s) the delivery time may be scheduled 1-2 days later or earlier.
Return & Exchange Policy
ShopMax Provides a 7 Days Return & Exchange after the day of delivery.

Groceries & Dairy Products are usually not returnable as they come directly packed from the manufacturers.
However, Some products under grocery collection are replaced if in case the product is damaged from inside (if it is exchanged by the dealer or supplier.
The products which are returnable are mentioned within the product page itself.
Most of the products other then Grocery & Dairy collection are returnable.

Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product to get a refund.
